Chicken Yakitori-Tare




Very easy & quick & damn tasty too...

RECIPE BELOW:


2 Chicken Breasts
100ml Teriyaki sauce  (homemade)
Peppers (optional)


Soak some bamboo skewers in some water to stop them burning.
Chop your chicken into bite-sized bits.
Marinate your chicken in half the sauce.
 Pop your chicken on the skewers.
Griddle, or even better barbeque the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.  Baste continually with the left over marinade and then the left-over sauce.

Now eat!   Caramelised & sticky. Mmmnnn.

I had these ones with greens & rice.

Traditionally they are often eaten with a type of leek instead of the peppers.  You can use whatever you want.  It will still be good.
