Yes, that's right...  The far-reaching Hackney Butchers Association has arrived on mainland Europe and on the shores of Oz.

I found some German recipes  HERE .  The Schweinshaxe (Roast Knuckle of Pork) looks good & cheap.  Pork knuckle, juniper berries, bay & paprika. Sounds fat-boy but good.
