Honey Glazed Salmon & Sesame seeds

This is really easy & quick. The amounts below feed two but could be very easily scaled up to serve any amount.

Marinade

3tbs honey
2tbs soy sauce
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp five-spice

2 salmon fillets
2tsp sesame seeds

Mix the honey, soy, garlic & five-spice in a bowl. Put the salmon in and coat it well. Leave skin side down in a fridge for 20mins.

Preheat oven to 180C

Remove the fish from the marinade & bake in a small pan for 15mins skin side down. When done, turn the salmon over & spoon some of the remaining marinade over the skin-side. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds, and grill under a high heat for a few minutes until the seeds slightly golden.

Really good with rice noodles and bok choi!

Definitely one to repeat.
